We deliver global summits, conferences, AGMs, gala dinners, awards, workshops and expos, and we own the parts that usually get subcontracted: stage and set build, audio-visual and LED, sound, simultaneous interpretation, event branding, exhibition booth fabrication, photography, videography and livestreaming, plus guest registration and B2B matchmaking through our platform at events.cara.co.ke.

Kagure leads the Events Department at Events by Cara, where she plans and delivers corporate events, conferences, executive retreats, destination experiences and business travel solutions with precision and purpose.

She oversees the full event lifecycle, concept development, budgeting, logistics, stakeholder coordination, on-site management and post-event evaluation, and is known for her attention to detail and calm leadership under pressure.

Juliet Wairimu Mwangi

As Production Lead at Events by Cara, Juliet oversees the end-to-end production of live events and video productions, ensuring every project is executed seamlessly from concept to completion.

Her responsibilities cover pre-production planning, on-site production management and post-production coordination, aligning creative, technical and operational elements to deliver high-quality results. She coordinates production crews, manages logistics and resources, and delivers every project on time and to the highest standard.

Brian Okello

Brian is the Equipment Supervisor at Events by Cara, responsible for overseeing event equipment operations, stage setup, sound and lighting systems, tent installations and broadcasting production.

He plays a key role in ensuring every event is professionally executed, technically seamless and delivered to the highest operational standards.

With a strong focus on coordination, technical efficiency and quality execution, Brian supports the successful delivery of corporate events, conferences, exhibitions and live productions.
