One team handles cameras, sound, screens, encoding and the platform, so the room audience and the online audience get the same quality of experience.
Multi camera production
Two to six camera setups with a vision mixer, camera operators and a director calling the show live, so the stream cuts between speaker, slides, panel and audience as it happens.
Virtual and hybrid platforms
We stream to YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Zoom, Microsoft Teams or a private branded hybrid platform, with moderated Q&A and remote speaker feeds brought into the room.
In house AV equipment
Cameras, switchers, encoders, LED screens, sound and lighting are our own kit, operated by our own senior technical crew. No third party hire chain, no surprise substitutions.
Redundant connectivity
Bonded 4G and 5G alongside venue fibre, with automatic failover and local backup recording so a network drop never becomes a lost session.
Photography and content capture
Event photography, interview and testimonial capture and short form social content produced alongside the stream by the same coverage team.
Post event edits and delivery
Session recordings, highlight films, captions and colour graded edits delivered through a branded gallery after the event.
